The following tips are provided for our customers to insure that your overhead door and/or operator maintains its highest level of performance for many years to come.

•   1992 Federal Law states all garage door operators must have
         photo eyes
  
•   Photo eyes should be 4" to 6" off the ground either side of the door
•   Don't let children or pets play on or around garage doors
  
•   Service your door annually
